That's right, I recently acquired the BIG guy, 1982 lead in all his glory.

Right now he is in inspection stage and breaking down the mini to get to the point where I can strip down the paint. In other words disassembly.

Oh boy, what does he weight?

I've heard that it weighs 3-3.5 lbs. Sounds about right, I'll weigh him in a bit to find out.

Update:

• Neck drilled out and magnet placed

• All five heads drilled out and magnets placed.
  

• All three right hands drilled out and magnets placed
  

• Three magnets attached to the feet (one extra hole drilled)
  

• Base with the corresponding magnets is drying
  

I anticipate starting to paint early next week.

At the end of tonight’s session here is where he stands. I redid the base which looks a lot better IMO.

Yeah, the base is better now. I like how, colourful he is

Yeah not sure why I did something I might have done in the late 80s for the base. Go figure.

A few spots of touch up but pretty much all set now.
